WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT SARAH
Randy Zats,
Community Leader
As a long time SLP resident, I know that there are many valid ways to serve the community of St. Louis Park. Sarah exemplifies a variety of them.
I know Sarah through our mutual work on the Senate District 46 DFL, which is the volunteer DFL group for St Louis Park, Hopkins and NW Edina. Sarah is a pleasure to work with, and is always collaborative, kind and thoughtful when working with others.
I would be honored to have Sarah represent me and Ward 1 on the SLP City Council. I know that she would do so with the professionalism and collaborative spirit that she brings to all her work. Let us come together on Nov. 4 to elect Sarah Steffen to represent us at City Hall.

Hilary Beste,
SD46 DFL Leader
Engaging. That’s how I would describe Sarah Steffen. She puts herself forward and gets involved in causes that she cares about.
Health and well-being are fundamental issues to Sarah, who has a master’s degree in public health and works at a community healthcare clinic.
Her education and experience give her an essential perspective on what could enhance peoples’ lives in St. Louis Park - both physically and emotionally. She is concerned about us as whole people. That means she will advocate for improving biking and walking, accessible healthcare for all, affordable housing and livable wages and enhancing social connectedness.

SLP Family Physician
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and for good reason. It’s accessible, affordable and brings people together—regardless of age, race or socioeconomic background.
Sarah Steffen, who is running for City Council, has voiced strong support for building more pickleball courts in St. Louis Park.
Her commitment to inclusive recreation and community wellness is exactly what we need in local leadership. I encourage fellow residents to remember her on Election Day.
Let’s invest in a healthier, more connected St. Louis Park—one pickleball court at a time!
